No Bake Flax Seed Energy Bites

The best part of these Flax seed energy bites, was they were 100% made by kids. Oh, it is a glorious day when they can make their own food.
 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup ground flaxseed meal
  • 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:

Combine all ingredients together in a bowl; form into 1" balls using hands. Arrange bites on baking sheet and freeze until set.
