I love this drink even though I’m not great at keeping fresh lemons in my house. But when I do, this drink is my favorite. I started drinking this Lemon Ginger water every morning and I slowly noticed a couple things. I wasn’t craving sugar as much, it was a great way to cleanse my palate if I couldn’t kick the sugar dragon. Also, I noticed my belly bloat was going down. Hallelujah, this is something that I’ve been struggling with since my last child was born. Try it out for a week and see how you feel. This is a great drink to keep in your daily healthy regimen.

Adding some Apple Cider Vinegar to your glass adds even more benefits. Start small with just a capful of ACV to your drink. As you can tolerate, you can slowly increase the amount to 1-2 Tbsp. I’m still on the capful size.
Lemon Ginger Water
2 organic lemons squeezed
2 drops Ginger Vitality Essential Oil (Make sure you use high quality oils for ingestion)
2 drops Lemon Vitality Essential Oil (optional but added benefits from the rind of the lemon)
Squeeze 2 lemons into glass pitcher.
Add 2 drops Ginger Vitality Essential Oil
Pour in filtered water to fill your pitcher (around 6-8 cups)
Store in refrigerator
